GOURMET TOUR  WITH THE TOUR GUIDES OF ITINERA EMILIA 

 

The Gourmet Tour is open to everyone who signs-up to participate. Participants will discover the most sought-after gastronomic delights from all around the area of Parma; with guided tours of the companies, factories and farm houses where these foods are made. The tour includes tastings of these products and the chance to purchase items at dicounted prices without having to do the footwork. Your specialized Tour Guide will give you a detailed and origional history and story about these products from its begining origins to its traditional uses in the kitchen. The delectible "Culatello" ham from the Zibello Consortium and the delicious Parmigiano Reggiano cheese will no longer have any secrets.

 

RULES OF PARTICIPATION

 

The Gourmet Tour lasts about 3 hours and will be held weekly every Monday morning starting in March 2014. The meeting point is the Tourist Office of Soragna at 8:45am (see the map here).

 

There is a minimum of 2 confirmed participants for the Gourmet Tour to be held. Participation must me confirmed by written request to the email address: info@itineraemilia.it

 

 

Pre-payment may be required. Your own transportation by car will also be essential.
